Scholarship Application

Many if not most Animal Care and Control operations are accustomed to dealing with lean budgets. While out of town training and travel is seemingly always problematic, NCARCA offers a Scholarship Program for its Annual Training Conference to help mitigate those in need of training with a lack of available agency funding. 

* Scholarships consist of registration fees, three (3) nights lodging and a single (1) admission to the Awards/Elections Banquet being provided by NCARCA.*
