Scholarship Application

Many Animal Care and Control operations operate with limited budgets, making out-of-town training and travel a constant challenge. To help address this, NCARCA offers a Scholarship Program for its Annual Training Conference, designed to assist those who need training but lack available agency funding.

Scholarships cover registration fees, three (3) nights of lodging, and one (1) admission to the Awards/Elections lunch.

Scholarship recipients will be notified of their selection by September 11, 2026.
