Belinda Musgrove is a Corporal with Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Animal Protective Services. She currently services as the shelter manger and helps to support her APS team and community. 

She was born and raised in North Carolina where she still residences and enjoys spending time with her family. 

Belinda is excited to be apart of the NCARCA Board of Directors and can’t wait to continue to serve her community and others in North Carolina.
