North Carolina Animal & Rabies Control Association

Vendor Registration

Dear Partners in the Animal Services Community,

Greetings from the North Carolina Animal & Rabies Control Association! It’s hard to believe another year has come around. As the largest animal-related association in North Carolina, NCARCA remains dedicated to strengthening the relationships we’ve built with companies that have consistently supported us and provided high-quality products and services that benefit counties across our state. We are equally eager to connect with emerging companies whose innovation, vision, and fresh ideas help advance our mission and contribute to the continued progress of animal care services. This is one of the many reasons our Annual Training Conference plays such an important role in the growth of our field—and this year is especially meaningful as we celebrate our 50th Annual Conference.

NCARCA’s three-day Training Conference delivers the latest educational trends and current information to better equip animal care and control professionals to serve their communities legally, safely, and compassionately. Vendor participation is essential to the success of this event, as the products and services you provide are invaluable in helping us achieve our goals. I would like to personally invite your company to join us for the next NCARCA Conference, taking place October 11–14, 2026, at the Courtyard Marriott in Carolina Beach. This conference is one of the most effective and economical opportunities available to connect with, support, and engage professionals in the animal care field.

Exhibitor’s fees are $650. In addition to table and booth assignments, exhibitor fee includes two (2) tickets to our business  lunch banquet including the awards on Tuesday October 13th, an Ad in our pamphlet and will be posted on our website.  And up to 2 NCARCA annual t-shirts.

***Please note the business luncheon is for registered attendees and registered vendors only. Each additional guest will be required to pay $35 for an additional meal ticket.***

If you are not interested in be an onsite exhibitor, perhaps you would like to consider being a sponsor.  Sponsorship of $300 gets you an Ad in the pamphlet and your Ad will be placed on our website and any materials you send us will be handed out to each attendee, please contact the vendor coordinator.

The deadline for accepting exhibitors and/or sponsors is September 15, 2026

Lastly, should you be so inclined, we gladly accept donations of any product such as: traps, cages, leashes, pet supplies, gift certificates, catch poles, gloves, etc., all donations will be included in our raffle . . . always a popular event! Any brochures or information you send about the donated item will be distributed to the winner(s). The raffle is solely supported through donations from caring individuals and companies like yours and is the major fundraiser for our Association. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
