Donna joined Johnston County Animal Services in October 2014 and currently serves as Animal Services Manager. In this role, she provides direct oversight of the Shelter Supervisor, Animal Control Supervisor, and Administrative Support Staff, while working collaboratively with the Animal Services Director to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Donna resides in Selma, where she lives on a 40-acre farm she fondly calls Hatcherville. She has two grown children, Brittany and Storm, and a granddaughter, Adaleigh. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, embracing her roles as a mother and “Gigi,” painting, relaxing on the beach, and adventuring with her sidekick and beach partner, Josie, her Australian Shepherd.
Donna is excited and deeply honored to serve on the board of the North Carolina Animal/Rabies Control Association, and she is proud to contribute to an organization dedicated to advancing animal welfare and public service.
