David is a retired Captain with Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office and worked there for 30 years.  He spent 25 years in animal services and has been on the NCARCA Board for more than 20 years.

He is a general instructor for HSUS for the past 2 years, and has truly enjoyed serving on the NCARCA board and helping ACO’S all across NC.

David lives in Kannapolis (Home of Dale Earnhardt) and is married and has 2 awesome kids Hayden and Harlie, and a handsome grandson.
