Dr. Houser received a degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. After managing farms in Michigan and North Carolina, he returned to Michigan State and received his degree in Veterinary Medicine.
After founding and operating two veterinary practices in North Carolina, he opened Carolina Veterinary Consulting in 1987 to provide consultative and educational support to private individuals, Animal Control, Law Enforcement, Health Departments, and other Governmental Agencies.
