North Carolina Animal & Rabies Control Association

Board Vacancy (Volunteer)

The North Carolina Animal And Rabies Control Association (NCARCA) exists to enhance, improve and publicize the Animal Control profession, while promoting justice and equity in the enforcement of Animal Control laws. NCARCA attempts to advance the health, morale, welfare, training and knowledge of Animal Control Officers by providing information, education and training to Animal Control organizations.

NCARCA’s Board of Directors conducts all business of the Association and, as a result, are instrumental in identifying agency needs statewide, developing and promoting training opportunities and participating in legislative initiatives and emergency preparedness.

If you are interested in having a stronger voice in the direction of animal-related matters in our State and have the blessing of your employer in attending meetings, consider joining our volunteer organization. Please complete and submit the following form. We look forward to hearing from you!
